Bogey's Banquet Room FAQs
How many guests does the room hold?
- The Vincent Morris Banquet Room at Bogey's holds 140 Guests at Maximum Capacity. These would be wall-to-wall tables with food services out in the front entry.
What does the rental of the room include?
- The rental of the Banquet Room at Bogey's includes the use of the room for a 5-hour duration. It also includes linens (black or white), individual coffee service, water services, tables, and chairs for your required amount of guests. We will provide a staff member to be there to help with any setup, breakdown, and needs you may have, but not limited to Buffet Service Attendant.
Can you bring your own food?
- No, we do not allow any outside food. The exception would be Dessert if previously discussed with our Catering Manager. Bogey's & Longhorn Barbecue are the exclusive caterers for our Banquet Room.
Can you own alcohol?
- No, we do not allow any outside alcohol. We offer two very convenient options for your guests to be able to purchase alcohol. One way would be in our restaurant bar, with over 16 taps on draft and a full bar service. The other option would be a rented bar in the banquet room, inside your event. The cost to rent the bar would be $200 for set up and breakdown
What is the cost of reserving the room?
- The cost of the room is $750 dollars. This will cover your rental of the room and all the services listed above. Food services are an additional cost per person.
What is the deposit to hold the reservation? Is it refundable?
- The deposit is $500.00. Half of this deposit ($250.00) is a cleaning fee which is refundable (to be applied to your final bill) if we find no damages done in the room. It will show as a $250.00 deposit with the final $250.00 to be applied at the end of your event at the time of payment, with assurance that no damages have occurred.
Can I purchase additional hours outside of the contracted hours?
- Yes! It would be $200 an hour after the 5 hours contracted hours.
Can you book your own entertainment?
- Yes! You can book your own entertainment, such as DJ, Band, etc. BUT, before booking, the Catering Manager does need to be involved as there are limitations to the room that apply to entertainment.
Do we have a Sound System or AV Equipment?
- Yes! We have two wireless microphones that are available for your use. We also have two big screen tvs that can connect to an HDMI cable to stream your videos from your laptops or devices. We also have a Bluetooth speaker that you can use to stream music during your event.
